Savouring Sydney: The Opera House and Harbour Bridge Series I

In what my friends describe as "camwhoring" - aptly defined as the uncontrollable desire to exhibit one's vanity through capturing snapshots of oneself from various angles and/or flirting outrageously with the camera - which I'm guilty of committing in my previous posting (read Savouring Sydney: The Coogee Beach (Boy) Edition!) =), I've decided I should stop indulging in self-obsession (just for this entry)!!! Lol.

Well, as much as I enjoy writing, I've also got a knack for photography though I'm still very much a newbie. Anyhow, here are more pictorial illustrations of my Sydney escapades as seen through the lens of my fantabulous digicam. Enjoy!

Oh, by the way, Xiao Wei has specially created a blog entry just for me!!! Weeeeeeeeee.......... thanks, Xiao Wei! That's so sweet of you! I know YOU must be missing me really badly now. =)

Travelling through downtown Sydney on a coach, I set out to discover the wonders that this part of Australia has to offer right in the heart of the city.
From the Royal Botanic Gardens, I came face-to-face with Sydney's city skyline alongside its Opera House and Harbour Bridge set against the clear blue sky. And that scenery simply left me in awe!
I spotted a couple of the Aussie Navy vessels nearby...
... and some camera crew from the TV station/ production house.
Yup, I was taking part in mass tourism which brought me...
... right under the harbour bridge!
Then I whooshed past Chinatown...
... and zipped past the city campus of the University of Technology, Sydney along Broadway Street...
... where I caught a glance of this really interesting building on their campus!
